Children who are exposed to music early have much better outcomes when they start music lessons. If you are thinking you'd like your child to learn violin at some point, this workshop will show you how introduce your child to the songs of FiddleQuest. This workshop is for the parents to give you the skills and activities to make music at home with your child. A parent who takes this workshop will be able to start making music with their child. And when their child is ready for their first violin lessons: * they will be able to sing songs like Are You Sleeping and Swing Low, Sweet Chariot. * They will know how to use a violin bow * They will understand the different rhythms they will be playing on the violin * You will be able to play on a ukulele or guitar with your child in their first lesson. Included with the workshop: * 10 learning videos of songs to learn, sing and play with your child * 3 free months of FiddleQuest when your child starts violin lessons.
